Jacques Bermon Webster III (born April 30 1993) is an American rapper. His stage name is a amalgamation of the name of his beloved uncle, and the initials Kid Cudi (whose real identity is Scott Mescudi), Scott was signed to his first major-label deal in 2012, with Epic Records. Scott signed a record agreement with Epic Records and T.I. He signed a joint-recording contract with Epic as well as T.I. Scott's debut album Owl Pharaoh was self-released on his own in the year 2013. The mixtape was followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was his first album of studio work. It included the smash track "Antidote". The album that followed, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first top-ranked album on the Billboard 200. Scott's second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was an album that was a collaboration with Quavo. It was titled Huncho Jack Huncho and featured his first Billboard Hot 100 single, "Sicko Mode" which featured Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records release the compilation album JackBoys in late 2019. The album debuted at the top of the Billboard 200. Scott's hit single "Franchise" which featured Young Thug, M.I.A. and other artists, was released. Scott was the first performer on The Hot 100 to have three songs reach number one within a year.
